CURRICULUM VITAE


Jari Männistö was born in 1965.
His interesting in art and in particular sculptures dates back to his teenage years.
As a young man, however, Jari decided to join the Finnish military and served as a
professional officer over 12 years before becoming a full time professional artist.
Today he is a very well known sculptor throughout Finland.

Jari has had a large number of Solo Exhibitions as well as
Group Exhibitions both in Finland as well as in other European countries.

Jari works with a large variety of materials
such as bronze, granite, steel, wood and glass.
